What is your shipping policy?

Your orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of your purchase. Please allow for delays in arrival due to the ongoing pandemic with COVID-19. We primarily use USPS for orders traveling within the United States. For international orders we primarily use USPS International or FEDEX.  You may select your shipping option during the checkout process.

There are two shipping options for orders traveling within the United States; standard shipping or expedited shipping. For international orders there is one standard shipping option. You will receive an email when your order is shipped and provides a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipping experience. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY- If there is a customs fee it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the fee upon arrival in your country. 

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. All items must have the original tags and be unworn/unwashed to become returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All sale items are final sale.

What is your exchange policy?

Items you wish to exchange due to wrong size or fit only are accepted. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All sale items are final sale.

What are the jewelry pieces made of?

All of our jewelry pieces have been handmade or curated to be gold filled or gold plated. The quality and durability of our pieces is the most important factor to us. Each piece is designed to last a lifetime.
